If there was one thing that MSN guys did better than Google, then it was the Image search. Live image search was much more effective than Google image search for more than one reasons. And now, (though late) Google Image search gets better and close to Live image search.
Google has added options to search images by different types like Cliparts, Line drawing, Faces etc.
And it’s working well indeed. Search for a term and select the appropriate type from the pull down menu. Official news here.
